A prefab rooftop building adds a lightweight, factory-engineered structure directly onto your existing terrace — no foundation work, no demolition, and no long construction timelines. The frame is fabricated off-site and assembled on your roof in a fraction of the time RCC construction takes.

Because it doesn’t add land, it adds height — every square foot of unused terrace becomes rentable, sellable, or usable space, with the structure paying for itself through the income it generates.
